Do you work with businesses in both the US and Canada?
Yes. Stratify Software Inc. serves US clients from West Palm Beach, Florida, and Stratify Software Canada Inc. serves Canadian clients from Mississauga, Ontario.

Pricing & process
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, which is why we quote after a free strategy call. Websites start at $2,999 USD, Stratify Voice at $149 USD per month, and Stratify CRM at $199 USD per month, each product plus a one-time setup fee.
How do payments work for custom projects?
Most follow one of two structures: a 30% deposit to start, with final deliverables handed over once the balance is paid, or payments tied to project milestones.
Do prices include tax?
No. Applicable sales taxes, such as HST for Ontario clients, are added where required.

What’s the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?

How long does it take to launch an AI agent?
Our standard agents typically launch in under four weeks. Custom agents vary with scope, and your written scope includes a firm timeline.
