Content on this site, including pricing, is provided for general information and may change without notice. Published prices are starting prices; a binding price is set only in a written quote or agreement.
5. Client engagements
Services are provided under a separate written agreement or statement of work. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

The site’s content, design, logos, and product names, including Stratify Voice, Stratify CRM, Stratify Ledger, and Stratify Assistant, belong to Stratify and may not be used without permission.

Any quotes or estimates provided through the Site are preliminary and based on the information submitted by the user. A quote request does not create a binding agreement or guarantee any price, service, availability, or timeframe unless expressly confirmed by Stratify in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stratify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on information provided through it.

8. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Stratify provides services to you. For users receiving services in Canada, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein will govern. For users receiving services in the United States, the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States will govern, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law.
