Stratify Voice speaks naturally, but we recommend being upfront that callers are speaking with an AI assistant. It builds trust, and it’s increasingly expected. We’ll help you choose the right greeting.
Can it transfer a call to a real person?
Yes. You decide which situations get escalated, such as an urgent issue or an existing client, and the agent routes the call with context attached.
Which calendars and CRMs does it work with?
Stratify Voice books into your existing calendar and logs to your CRM. We commonly connect Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and Stratify CRM, and we can integrate other systems through their APIs.
Do I need a new phone number?
Not necessarily. We recommend a dedicated number for Stratify Voice, with your existing business line forwarding to it, so customers keep calling the number they already know. If you’d rather not add a number, we can build directly on your current one.
